If your Gather FCU debit or credit card is ever lost or stolen, it’s important to act fast. Reporting it immediately can help prevent unauthorized use and protect your accounts. We're here to guide you through what to do next.

 

What to Do Right Away

  1. For the correct phone number based on your card type,

    Visit our Contact Us page
     
  2. Call the appropriate number as soon as you notice your card is missing.

  3. Your card will be deactivated immediately to prevent unauthorized transactions.

  4. A replacement card will be issued and mailed to you.
