Supporting Higher Education for Our Members
Gather FCU is more than a credit union—we're a community that believes in building a brighter future together. One of the ways we do that is by helping our young members pursue higher education.
Every year, Gather awards up to ten (10) scholarships of $1,000 each to graduating high school seniors who are planning to attend a two- or four-year college or university. It’s our way of supporting the next generation as they take the next step in their academic journey.
Scholarship Overview
To be eligible, applicants must:
- Be graduating high school seniors
- Be planning to enroll full-time in a two- or four-year accredited institution
- Be members in good standing for at least six (6) months prior to the application deadline
- Be willing to have their photo published if selected
Scholarship funds are paid directly to the recipient's school and can be used for educational expenses such as tuition, books, fees, supplies, and room and board.
Application Period
Applications are accepted annually from January 1 through March 31.
